Key Issues
Fishers were encountering persistent issues in their day to day operation of their heat plate exchanger:
- Plate Heat Exchanger scaling up
- Water re-circulation target temperatures not being reached
Our Solution
A Sidon IntegroTM 2 was installed and the results monitored over the initial 90 days. A significant increase in temperatures were achieved during this period as the limescale was removed from the plate heat exchanger completely.
Results
The initial 3 month trial was a huge success. The trial clearly demonstrated that the Sidon IntegroTM system worked extremely well to remove existing limescale, prevent further build-up and thereby increase water temperature.
