What problems were you looking to solve when speaking with Sidon?
Answer
All issues associated with Hard Water and Limescale that were affecting the business in both the short and longer term.
- The cost of replacing glasses, plateware and other items washed regularly
- Reducing the length of time and frequency of glass and window cleaning
- Staff always remembering to top-up the salt in the softeners constantly
- Limescale in and around taps, shower heads and shower screens
- The expense of boilers, heat exchanges and other equipment

Did you evaluate our competitors or other solutions to your problem?
Answer
We did consider Halcyan and I have looked at magnet and coil systems in the previous considerations. I am wary of any new technology but found the discussions with Chris at Sidon to be very credible and reassuring that the product would do as promised. He provided evidence of trials with university’s and also conducted a water analysis report.

What made you decide to go with Sidon Water’s IntegroTM?
Answer
After further research and looking at other Sidon Customers’ I believed in the technology and felt it would work. I was very surprised by how quickly it descaled the system but happy with the results.
