Materials and construction

Standard Materials

The Integro range is manufactured for commercial and industrial use, with robust stainless-steel construction designed for long-term performance in demanding operating environments.

Optional Material Variants

Where required, the Integro can be manufactured in alternative conductive metals to suit specific project requirements, water chemistry or site standards. This allows Sidon Water to support more demanding applications, including seawater, desalination and other environments where material selection is critical to long-term performance.

Connection Types

The 2-inch product variant is typically supplied with threaded male fittings. Larger models are generally supplied with PN16 or ANSI flanges. Where a project requires an alternative connection format due to space constraints, material requirements, local standards, or site tie-in conditions, Sidon Water can review the requirement and advise on an appropriate solution.

Manufacturing Quality

The Integro range is manufactured locally in both the UK and USA using high-quality components and materials, with build quality, serviceability and long-term support in mind. Sidon Water’s manufacturing approach supports responsible sourcing, reduced supply-chain complexity, access to spare parts where required and a repair-first approach wherever practical.

Installation Considerations

Correct product selection, placement and installation are important to performance and warranty compliance. Sidon Water works with customers to understand the system, identify the appropriate installation location and confirm the right model for the duty.

Installation guidance may include recommended position within the system, orientation, physical access, commissioning checks, feedwater quality requirements and electrical or control considerations.

Where required, Sidon Water can carry out site surveys and provide follow-up reports setting out the recommended installation location, the basis for product selection, the issues the Integro is intended to address and any relevant limitations.

Certifications & Approvals

Sidon Water collaborates with key partners to manufacture and certify the critical components of the Integro™ technology and system. Whether in the USA or United Kingdom, our partners all follow good manufacturing principles and quality control procedures.
