Materials and construction

Standard materials

The Integro is positioned as a robust commercial and industrial product, manufactured in the UK using UK-sourced materials wherever practicable. As standard, the product should be presented as being manufactured in high-grade 316 stainless steel, giving a stronger baseline in durability and corrosion resistance than lower-grade alternatives commonly used elsewhere. This reinforces the product’s suitability for demanding real-world operating environments and supports the premium engineering position of the range.

Where appropriate and once internally confirmed, the copy can also reference the use of heavy-duty Schedule 40 stainless pipe construction as part of that overall build quality message. If Schedule 40 is not to be confirmed, this line should be omitted rather than guessed at publication stage.

Optional material variants

The Integro can also be manufactured in a range of conductive metals where a project calls for a specific material selection. This allows Sidon Water to support applications with more challenging chemistry, specialist standards or site-specific requirements. Examples include the use of super duplex materials in seawater and desalination environments, as well as alternative material and configuration choices for locations where water chemistry places particular demands on long-term performance. The message here should be flexibility, engineering adaptability and the ability to specify the right material for the application.

Connection types

As standard, the 2-inch product variant is supplied with threaded male fittings. Larger models are typically supplied with either PN16 or ANSI flanges. Where a project requires an alternative connection format due to space constraints, material selection, local standards or tie-in requirements, Sidon Water can work on a bespoke basis to provide an appropriate solution.

Manufacturing quality

Manufacturing quality should be treated as a major strength of the page. The copy should lean confidently into UK manufacture, membership of Made in Britain, and the fact that the pipework, electrical systems and electronics are manufactured to a high standard with quality, serviceability and long-term support in mind. This also supports a wider message around responsible manufacturing, reduced supply-chain miles, easier access to spare parts where required, and a repair-first approach wherever practical rather than unnecessary replacement.

Installation considerations

Correct product selection, placement and installation location are essential to performance and warranty compliance. Sidon Water should not be presented as simply supplying equipment in isolation. The tone of this section should make clear that the company works consultatively, helping customers understand where the Integro should be installed, what it can help with, and where other issues may fall outside scope.

Installation guidance should address the recommended position within the system, orientation and physical access, commissioning checks, feedwater quality requirements, and electrical or control considerations where relevant. The wider message should be that proper application matters and that performance depends on selecting the right model for the right duty.

Where required, Sidon Water can carry out site surveys and provide detailed follow-up reports. These should clearly set out the recommended installation location, the basis for product selection, the issues the Integro is intended to address, and any limitations or expectation-management points that the customer should understand from the outset. That consultative approach should come through strongly on this page because it differentiates the business from a simple equipment reseller and reinforces technical credibility.
