What problems were you looking to solve when speaking with Sidon?
Answer
We were aware that we had a problem with hard water due to the area we live in. What we didn’t fully appreciate was the impact it was having in the temperature and quality of our wash day in and day out.
We actually worked closely with Sidon, and a consultant Stuart from LTC on a trial basis and they offered a 90 day trial with a money back guarantee.

Did you evaluate our competitors or other solutions to your problem?
Answer
We looked at softeners and some other products which were cheaper, but based on another customer’s experience we went with Sidon. It was a bit more expensive than we planned but we were convinced it would work. The proof is in the pudding as | like to say.

Answer
